...again the music industry continues to: (1) be incompetent at the marketing of music; (2) blame the customers for these failures; (3) seek to correct their woes by punishing the customers.  It is as if McDonald&#039;s had a bad quarter, and warned its customers, &quot;Things had better pick up this quarter-- or we&#039;ll stop selling you breakfast!&quot;

Only the music industry perceives product utility (I can put the new Son Volt on my iPod!) as a design flaw.</description>
